- Duck liver parfait caramelised onion chutney and mixed leaf
- Deconstructed prawn, crab cocktail with avocado & tomato salsa, tobasco mary rose sauce and garlic crouton crumb nestled in gem lettuce cups
- Roasted red pepper, chilli and tomato soup, creme fraiche dressing and toasted focaccia

MAINS
Fillet of beef with truffle oil potato wedges, blue cheese mushrooms and wild garlic wilted spinach
